Store Policies/Returns/Privacy policy

All sales made on Hashwriter.org are fulfilled through third party fulfillment centers. Certain products are available for returns and refunds, but this is on a case by case basis. We will do our best to make sure you are happy with the purchase and if/when returns are available, it will be marked in the details of each product. Working with third party fulfillment centers the refunds and returns are often up to the wholesaler.

Clothing: May be returned and exchanged within 30 days from purchase date, as long as it's brand new, unwashed, tags, and receipts are included.

Wall-Art: NO RETURNS. Printed per purchase and shipped direct to you. Details and what to expect are laid out in the product's page. Make sure to double check your order before submitting.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Contact us by email at nbucci@ucsc.edu with your reason for needing a return/replacement/refund.

2. If possible, item will be sent back to the supplier at the customers cost.

3. Once the item is returned the supplier will issue a refund back to the debit or credit card the order was originally purchased on.

We will do our best to make sure you are happy with the purchase and if/when returns are available, it will be marked in the details of each product.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
